Mark Golino, CEO founded RezZiliant with five employees back in 1999. Mark is a former technology consultant to many fortune 500 companies including General Electric (GE), Advest, Inc, Aramark, and many more. Mark’s leadership and vision has not only increased RezZiliant’s annual revenue an impressive 39% per year, but has also garnered coveted recognition from The Connecticut Technology Council, being recognized in 2007 for “Market Share Growth” as well as “Pipeline Accelerator – Tech Company.” RezZiliant has also been issued Citations for Service Excellence by Governor M. Jodi Rell and Attorney General Richard Blumenthal. Mark was also a recipient of The New Haven Business Times’ Top 40 Under 40 Award in 2007.

Mark Heilshorn VP of Operations joined RezZiliant in September of 2008. For the last twenty years Mark has served in sales and human resource capacities. He has extensive experience with small business organization. In addition, he earned an advanced degree from Hartford Seminary. Mark currently lives in Litchfield and has three children. His role is to help facilitate office communication, be a liason between C Level Management and the RezZiliant employees, maintain moral, conduct staff meetings, facilitate staff cooperation, help organize, lead the sales team, make sales calls on hospitals, communicate with customers, help brain storm the growth and direction of RezZiliant, assist in finding adequate staff and plan for those needs, and participate as a knowledgeable resource for company process, planning, and personnel.

Richard R. Hoefle - Vice President, Software Engineering
Joining the RezZiliant, Inc Executive Team in 2005, Rick brings with him a broad skill set, assembled during more than 22 years in software development for both commercial and military applications. Rick began his career with TIE/Communications, Inc., designing and implementing embedded software for digital telephone systems. He then went on to Norden Systems where, besides developing test bed software, Rick led the software development team for a RADAR system upgrade that was being performed for the U.S. Air Force. Most recently, Rick was with CTL, Inc., a developer and manufacturer of advanced office messaging systems, where he spent nearly 14 years participating in all aspects of design and development, including authoring a proprietary communication protocol for PBX/Voice Mail integration and managing the Engineering Department's SCM and SQA activities to help CTL achieve and maintain ISO-9000 compliance.

Michelle A. Golino - Controller
A 1991 Southern Connecticut State University graduate (BS) with a major in business administration, Michelle serviced various-sized companies in the areas of marketing, management, financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and human resources. She has instructed courses in various Microsoft Office programs since 1995 and earned the official "Microsoft Office User Specialist Expert” certificate in 1997. Additionally, Michelle is a self-taught graphicand web designer of nearly ten years. Michelle's previous experience has proven invaluable to RezZiliant, Inc.
